Travel
I like to keep things simple – My fee includes my travel expenses. You won’t have to worry about extra expenses and I don’t have to keep a wad of receipts in my pocket all weekend.
Hotel accommodations – If you are hosting an event at a hotel, it would be great if you added a room for me, but you don’t have to.
Transportation to / from the airport is up to me, I might hitch-hike, I may walk, but I guarantee to be there early.
I have no food allergies if you decide to buy me a meal.
I will go out of their way to make sure that there are no issues. You will get no surprises or exorbitant bills. I know that your reputation is on the line (see reason #1 above).
AV Requirements
(1) Lavaliere microphone.
(1) Hand-held microphone.
Depending on the event type / size, Power Point may be used. If used, I will need a projector and screen to fit the audience.
Preferred large group set up is a large raised platform (3′-6′) with one small table and no podium. Distance from the first row of seats to the riser should be no farther than 6′.
Jabez needs a means to get off the stage forward into the audience.
Room set-up can be adjusted to accommodate smaller group sizes.
Jabez will want to be able to look at the room set-up with you the night before the event if possible.
All A/V issues will be discussed NLT two (2) weeks before the event.
